The New York Jets have "no interest" in signing wide receiver Randy Moss once the lockout ends, according to a report by FOXSports.com's Adam Schein. That refutes several reports over the weekend indicating the Jets could pursue the pending free agent.
Wide receiver Santonio Holmes said over the weekend that he still has issues with how offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer used him during the AFC Championship Game loss to Pittsburgh, and has also said he will not play for a one-year tender if he's not given a multi-year contract.
Schein's report said Jets coach Rex Ryan spoke glowingly of Moss in an attempt to motivate Holmes. Fellow wide receivers Braylon Edwards and Brad Smith are also in line to become free agents.
